We are excited about our two new programs for the expanded learning day at Hollywood Beach School, our After School Program (full day from dismissal-6 PM) and our Enrichment Program (dismissal-4 PM). This sheet is to outline important information about these programs for you.
After School Program
On Oct. 3, our extended learning day program begins.
Kinders (Dismissal-4 PM)
Gr. 1-6 (Dismissal - 6 PM)
Students enrolled will have the opportunity to also participate in enrichment sessions that begin on Oct. 19th.
Enrollment packets will be sent home with students by Sept. 16th. Return to your child’s teacher ASAP.
Per AB 130, priority goes to English learners, students eligible for free/reduced lunch and homeless, if more interest than space available.
Confirmation letters will be sent to classroom teachers to send home with students if your student is selected
Space is limited based on available staffing. There are 50 spaces available:
Kinder: 10 spaces
Grades 1-3: up to 20 spaces
Grades 4-6: up to 20 spaces
Enrichment Program
Also starting soon, on October 19, is our exciting Enrichment Program, from dismissal - 4 PM., for up to 20 students in grades 1-6.
We will be offering Visual Arts, Acting and Dance classes. Students not selected for the After School Program will have first priority, as After School Program students will already be able to participate in this program as part of the program schedule.
You do not have to be enrolled in the After School Program to participate. Enrichment is a separate program. Please enroll using the QR code on the flyer below.
